The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Office of the Society is dedicated to fostering a culture of inclusion throughout the SCA. Our primary focus is on equity, which entails creating a just and inclusive environment where everyone can participate, thrive, benefit, and realize their full potential.
In Windmasters’ Hill, we strive to adhere to these standards. We work to make events as accessible as possible for as many as possible. Although there is much opportunity for growth in this area, we continue to work with those knowlegeable
The DEIB Office designs and implements initiatives and training programs to cultivate an atmosphere where all members are treated equitably and can flourish in a welcoming setting. Our efforts adhere to all applicable nondiscrimination laws, ADA regulations, the SCA mission statement, and our governing documents, particularly our policies on harassment, bullying, and hate speech.
